How We Helped a Client Scale Their Video Content Strategy

The Ask:

In the aftermath of the pandemic, Birchwood Foods found itself facing significant labor challenges in the areas of employee retention and recruitment. To help the company reverse this attrition, we developed two internal videos that celebrate Birchwood Foods’ unique company culture. One video showcased the origins and the purpose behind the brand; while the second video captured the essence, identity and legacy of the company as told by Birchwood Foods’ own executive staff.

The Added Value:

Instead of serving as a one-time asset, the video and photography we’ve captured was extended into a series of impactful materials for Birchwood Foods. Monthly videos were created to focus on the brand pillars and core values of Birchwood Foods in order to help further the communication to their team members that they are THE most important asset. Topics from The Importance of Food Safety to Feeding America were conveyed through this content to inspire, educate, and connect team members to the overall mission of Birchwood Foods more consistently. These videos were distributed throughout their facilities on a monthly basis as well emailed to the entire Birchwood Foods team.
